IMIP is a non governmental, non profit organization that is devoted to social-medical assistance, teaching, research and community extension. Targeted towards the most needy population, Imip’s Hospital Complex is recognized as one of the most important health institutions in Brazil, being a reference in several medical specialties.
TIE’s campaign with IMIP brought Helen James from BBH to work with the charity hospital in October 2010. The objective of Helen’s placement was to develop a communications campaign to promote IMIP’s “Bazar do Bem” (Bazaar for the Good) and boost donations to the organization. The target of the campaign was also to reach big companies in Recife, to get them to partner with IMIP and hold the bazaar.
