Eryn is passionate about the power of communications to change human behaviour. As a senior strategic planner at FCB Toronto, Eryn loves her job because it challenges her to understand people, how they think and feel, and to unearth human insights to solve business problems. In her role at FCB Toronto, Eryn works on a variety of clients including Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), where she’s led the positioning and communications planning of a diverse portfolio of lottery brands. Eryn also works on a range of other clients including Bank of Montreal, Mondelez, Ministry of Economic Develop and Growth and most recently has had the privilege of being a part of pro bono initiatives for the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.
Eryn earned her Bachelor of Arts at McGill University, studying Cultural Studies. From there, she began her career in advertising at FCB Toronto, launching into the industry as an account executive. After three years, she followed her passion for consumer insights and research, making the leap into strategic planning and has never looked back.
Eryn is a native of Toronto, Canada where she continues to live – relishing her favourite city’s incredible food scene. Between sampling new cuisines, you’ll find Eryn enjoying her many other passions including running, thrift store hunting and discovering new music.
